The idea was rather simple--given that Sadie's most likely had feelings for Zila for a time.

The way I see it, Sadie probably has some sort of feeling for Zila already, however shy it may be; the two are out, perhaps, and someone tries to pick Zila or Sadie up, and the picking up turns into something more than that--an attack, but Sadie takes care of it a bit more violently than expected (think beating someone to death in an an alleyway). They may argue about this, Sadie may be thanked, but she will explain very quietly that she's realized she has feelings for Zila--though at this point, they may not be returned.

This leaves room for further development, the eventual return of her emotions by Zila--and of course, Sadie will agree to be professional about things, and will try her hardest to keep how she feels from becoming obvious (though let's face it, she's probably not very good at hiding things from Zila.)

They could have a fling out of the event, which would make Sadie go all "PFT NO I WAS JUST. NO. I DON'T FEEL THAT WAY" afterwards and Zila can call her on her bullshit, if you wanted something a bit humorous ahah

Either way, Sadie will probably get up to a fair bit of denial--though the closer she feels to Zila will lead to more and more disclosure of how she's distressed about things, and she'll wind up letting Zila in closer, before revealing to her how she feels about being the CEO of a company and such; they'll gradually grow closer in that fashion.
