Dirty Minded Angel [Noel's Plotter]

Constantly, Noel is in a cheerful mood. He loves to be near his friends, go out, and have a great time. His favorite thing to do is go shopping for new shoes, bake cookies, and play the old fashioned "Boxers or Briefs" game. Being a bundle of energy means he is always on the go and wanting to experience new things. However, sometimes he can get a bit too excited which causes his heart to flutter and leave him breathless in a bad way. The blond believes that having friends is worth more then money but be prepared, he can be a sassy and challenging at times. Still, he will be there to joke, laugh, and to play horrible pranks of those near by!

To his knowledge, he has not a single enemy (other then his mother). He treats people honestly and fairly. Well, as best as a sassy shorty can at least. True, he will tell you what he thinks about you but he will try to do it tactfully unless you mock him in some form. If he really thought about it, there might  be a few people back in his school days that might dislike him. His little gender secret might also cause a few problems with some people, as well as maybe for his caring attitude towards Urakata.. But over all, he doesn't really do anything hateful unless you started it then by God he will finish it in some form. Of course, enemies are always open and I would love for him to have some.

Aaaah, romance. A thing that sends ones stomach all in wonderful little butterfly knots! Noel is no stranger to the ideals of love. He has one hell of a dirty little mind even if he doesn't want to admit it. He carries himself well and acts like a bit of a seductress when he feels like it but it isn't often. The poor boy is actually shy about the idea of love and the things that go hand in hand. If anything, this fine mink is a Tease. He will give and give but not actually do anything. He will run, hide, and laugh in a corner as he really can't take declarations of love seriously. He has that mentally of thinking, "Who the heck would honestly want a little thing like me?"  Noel is also homosexual so sorry ladies, no love for you tonight.

Though I did find it amusing if Noel did fall for some, it might be a Shinkansen for interesting drama as he is for Urakata's having some freedoms. But overall, his romance section is open for the pickings be it Shinkansen, Slave, or another master.
