FRIENDS
Honestly, Kosuke's status on friends varies greatly on what sort you mean. In the virtual realm of the internet, he's a veritable social butterfly, cultivating massive circles of friends, most of whom he can't keep up with. This is in direct contrast to his real life. To be perfectly frank, he was raised in a rather overprotective and sheltered manner, and so he didn't get enough socialization as he really needed. This has lead him to grow up into a rather skittish and withdrawn man. That's not to say he wouldn't like friends though, he's definitely a lonely fellow (he spends most of his day cooped up in his flat coding, com'on now)...But he just is really shy and has a hard time making that first step.FOES
It's unlikely that Kosuke has enough of a social presence in real life to have many enemies. He's a recluse due to the nature of his personality, so it's not like he gets out very often to cause fights. What he probably does have a lot of, is internet rivalries. Fellow programmers and coders that are trying to compete with him or other such things. FLAMES
Hahaha, oh, romance. Kosuke really doesn't have much experience in it. Sure, he's watched some cheesy dramas before and a harem anime or two but it's not like that's a good way to get experience. He's much too shy to ever think about approaching someone else in that way...And while he has a lot more confidence online, he doesn't do much flirting there either. That's just a barrier he hasn't been able to get over yet. He has yet to find someone that he's comfortable enough around to try to get close to in a romantic sort of way. So if someone had interest in him, it's likely they'd have to make the first move. It's not impossible for him to reach out, of course...but it'd take a while for him to gather the courage.ETC.
Obviously Kosuke's going to pick up a urakata (or two) soon, so keep an eye out for that! It'd also be neat for him to meet some of his online friends in the real world too, I think.
