you are my everything, say the word, baby, i'll stay forever SHOW ME WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR you are my everything, no one else in the world will be waiting like me
words blabla. tagged kiriya. notes long post is long. kinda. | "Alright. No problem," uttered the man sitting in his fancy black car, engine off but seat belt fastened. He was equipped in a neatly ironed pure white shirt and a pale blue tie, a jet black imported branded suit and a pair of matching pants and leather men's shoes. "You know where to find me tomorrow morning should you need any assistance in the matter. I know, trust me on this; I guarantee we'll win the board directors' approval. Good day."
Finally separating the smartphone from his heated left earlobe, Kaien sighed as he touched the end-call icon on the screen. It was a business call that came in right before he was about to head out of the office building - some call he couldn't ignore no matter how much he had wanted to. In all honesty, he was just glad the discussion was wrapped up in less than 20 minutes. He had a fairly important private matter to attend to that required him to be out of his workplace after lunch time.
Kaien Masakazu had spent quite a bit of fortune and energy on planning this event, so to say - especially so when it concerned a certain urakata who had piqued his interest at the famous auction house. For the first time in his life, he was glad he was blessed with wealth and status at his age. If not for those, he knew this plan wouldn't work. See, the auction house quite willingly lent its aid to his plea after he presented them with some (more like, 'a lot of') cold, hard cash. And just what was this plea about?
He wanted to personally meet with an enchanting tiger urakata and probably chat up a little before he could make a decision on whether to purchase him or not. The thing was, this urakata species was rare; so such requests were usually impossible to grant. But Kaien was not a usual kind of man. He had his unique ways to mess with his own fate - all he needed was a little bit of influence, money, and an intimidating presence to make things work to his advantage.
Although it was made clear that similar requests would be frowned upon in the future, Kaien was fine with their decision for this would be the first and the last time he would ever pay up for such an inconvenience for every party involved.
The man softly chuckled as he started his car's engine and carefully drove the Audi R8 out of the parking lot and into the lively roads; thoughts filled with predictions of how the day would go for both himself and the urakata of his dreams. |

Despite his advantage he really wasn't sure what to do with the scenario in front of him. It seemed it had been by pure chance that he'd been stagnant in his pacing tapping the bars in a ruthless metronome that echoed the cage-bound ache in his bones - as the distinct clank of the steel kennel unhinged and dropped open in the space of a guarded whisper coaxing him forwards. If he'd had plenty of time he would've stalked the aisles a little more, waited on time instead of instinct, but for the rarity that he was Kiriya had traversed the corridors in four bounds and was immediately pawing through the mouth of the next entrance yawning to the hallways and waiting rooms beyond.
The exit would've been the side door if instead of pausing, he'd of finished his bracing walk; then the blare of radio static had begun and his waning sense of safety pushed his focused into a state of cool alarm. Bending low and running soft-footed in-and-out of cover. The tiger took extra care to avoid the dry creaky boards that littered the ground, jumping lightly between pillars of corrugated steel and keeping himself hunched low within their shadows; and, slowly but surely, the clamor of scouting security faded away.
He remained still, and studied the lazy repetition of their rounds watched the delayed consciousness in their eyes before he flattened out and made a beeline for the last door on the left. And the smile that sneaked into his expression was all but obliterated as he hardened his gaze without another thought. As he sidestepped in somebody somehow had barred him and with a yelp the boy landed flat on his back with frazzled bangs and an odd tingling in his muscles. "Hey, be careful there!"

WINTER
IS COMING | Upon arrival at the auction house, Kaien was immediately shown to his waiting room. The agreement had been made clear; he was to take the tiger urakata out for a few hours that day, and would have to return him before midnight. He was reminded of Cinderella; but would it be the same story for the poor, innocent tiger?
Just as he roamed around the classically decorated waiting room, Kaien felt someone forcefully bumping into him while he was admiring the scenery painting of a rice field hung up on the wall. At the voice's accuse of Kaien being the one careless enough to be bumped into, the man donned in elite suit turned around with his eyebrows deeply furrowed, about to reprimand the figure sitting on the floor - but when he placed his gaze upon him, his eyes widened.
It was him! The enchanting tiger whose freedom had been bought for a day; albeit unbeknownst to the urakata involved. Kaien couldn't help but to chuckle at fate's playful pen, arranging such a fairy tale for the two men to act out. With his lips curled upwards, the human male coldly stated, "But you're the one who bumped into me. Why am I suddenly the culprit?"
He then calmly wiped parts of his suit that the urakata had bumped into, as if to clean it off. "You seem to be in a predicament. Would you like me to lend you a hand?" |

The tiger's palms hit the flat weave of the carpet as he splayed out, all cock knees and open shoulders to steady himself, and almost against his wishes, Kiriya raised his head to pout at the man's sense of seniority.
"You were standing in the -- look. Sorry, but I'm kinda in a hurry." He'd already stared enough able to get a full, final picture of the someone he'd crashed into in his haste; so, with a flutter of his blonde bangs, he settled for a less-smooth smile and a curious glance at the crisp attire he'd offended. Whoever he was he sure left an impression. An unreasonably attractive impres-- Focus.
The nervous twitch of his fingers gave away his own insecurities, and he forged on with a narrowing of his cat-gold eyes. But the flow of their meeting kept on and he snarled in protest at his vague attempt at success of escape, the feline urakata almost found it awkward and spiteful to ask as things went wrong and everything went to hell in a hand basket.
Finally, he took a gap in the conversation as his time to pipe up and glance up his own outstretched hand to lock onto the others gaze. "You want to help, help me escape."

WINTER
IS COMING | Kaien had previously thought that the tiger urakata wouldn't receive his help that easily, but he indirectly had requested a hand in his attempt to escape. Of course the young CEO didn't have to ask why the urakata would want to escape - he already knew why.
He had been briefed on how often this particular light-haired male had attempted escape, and this habit of his was actually included in his plan to bring him out of the auction for a day.
So, hearing how the less-fancily-dressed man had asked him for an aid to his dilemma, Kaien instantly gave him a small mysterious smile. "I'd be glad to," he replied just as shortly as his smile had lasted, and the next thing they both knew, Kaien had effortlessly lifted the tiger urakata up and had him carried on one of his shoulder; quite reminiscent of the way an owner would dearly hold his pet despite how it looked like Kaien was apprehending a criminal.
"Let's go." With that, they were both walking toward the auction house's parking lot. Should they encounter any of the security guard in duty, they wouldn't even get in his way. After all, he had paid them to conduct this little play.

"Alright, where to?" the Japanese flowed easily off of his tongue, though his tone held an understatement of skepticism yet it hadn't crossed his mind that this was a small part in a much larger orchestration; his smile was less smooth, though still charming enough, and as he shifted his weight to stand the man's arm ducked under the backs of his knees forcibly hefting him over the bridge of one shoulder.
"Oi! Hey, I can walk!" The hiss that rose from the shallows of his throat was barbed as he gave a full body squirm to try to wriggle out of Kaien's grasp. Which, unfortunately for Kiriya was more centered around the idea of keeping him close via keeping a firm grip on his ass. Security was shockingly lax, or at least the tiger urakata would've swore it was something out of a terrible kabuki theater production if he hadn't been so over his head about being outside in the parking lot, actually departing with few officers in pursuit.
On approach to a svelte Audi R8, he refreshed his attempts at trying to twist out and instead gave Kaien an even greater amount of ass to hold onto until he finally gave up and glowered at the business man with a look that spelled retribution at some point. "Okay, thanks for the help, mister...uh? You can let me go now, we're outside."
