If she tried to group him in the same box as other urakata, I could definetely see him fighting it. He couldn't give a shit if she hated his kind because obviously he isn't overly fond of them either, but he would not want to be compared to them and would probably try to prove her wrong if she pressed him enough about it. He's quite used to being looked down on by humans and knows that'll never change but he at least takes comfort in the fact he's better than the rest of the urakata. At least that's what he's convinced anyway. So that belief being challenged would not be appreciated. Let him dream!

Of course, if she did for some reason soften up to him, decide he was indeed different than most, and at least show him some form of respect, it would be returned though perhaps not obviously at first. Which is really the closest thing you can hope for as far as friendship because he's a difficult asshole like that. He'd appreciate her dislike for children tho xD He doesn't actively cause them misfortune like she would, actually it's mostly the other way around since Luka punishes him by taking him to meet children, but he'd appreciate knowing he wasn't the only person out there who despised those snot nosed little brats. And maybe she could join him at scaring children in front of the HQ.

Really it all depends on how it plays out in character. Cause Takeo sometimes has a mind of his own and can even surprise me xD But there is some chance that this could work out.
