| Ah, grocery day. He really hated it. Honestly, why hadn't human beings evolved past the need to eat yet? Certainly science could let them survive by osmosis or something like that. The programmer had ended up standing in front of his empty fridge for at least an hour, staring at the emptiness blankly while his mind whirled over his options. A lot of the time he relied on a service that delivered groceries right to his doorstep. It was convenient and saved him a lot of trouble...But as soon as his cell phone started ringing, he knew he wasn't going to be able to do that. Padding over quickly to the counter, he picked up the phone and checked the display. Big brother. He should've known. The older man was always trying to push his boundaries to try to make him less of a recluse. He bit into his lower lip nervously and let out a low sigh before finally answering.
One long conversation and a promise later, he was staring at his apartment door. Big brother insisted he go out today and get his own groceries. Kosuke wasn't looking forward to it one bit, but he had made a promise and he really disliked disappointing his sibling...And so with much reluctance he set out into the world to gather food. It was a long and arduous journey during which he dropped quite a few things and generally felt like a fool, but finally after a lot of tribulation he had managed to get a few bags of essentials and quickly made his way out of the store. Now he only had the walk home to worry about. Sure, he could've taken the bus, or hired a taxi or something, it wasn't like he hurting for money...But that required him to be in close quarters with other people and endure awkward conversation and...It was just easier to walk.
Turning the corner onto the street that lead to his apartment complex, he shifted the bags underneath his arms and let out a slow exhale. Soon, soon he would be home and everything would be okay...
As he walked though, a quiet metallic noise reached his ears, causing him to look up. Blinking once, he spotted a canine urakata of some sort chained to a leash in the yard of a nice-looking house. The poor creature seemed to be all alone though, for as Kosuke looked around, he couldn't spot anyone else around. Poor thing. He wondered if the urakata was lonely. He debated for a while before he set down the bags, awkwardly to the side, and faced the urakata after swallowing nervously.
"H-hey...Um...how are you...?" Immediately his hands gravitated to his scarf, long fingers fidgeting with the edges of the fabric. Ah, maybe this was a bad idea...The other didn't even know him...But...but...Kosuke just felt bad, seeing the critter tied up outside all alone...

Even the best fall down sometimes
You finally find you and I collide
The boy hated this, he was stuck outside again in the sun. On a leash no less, and really Silvio hated every moment of it. The sun beating down on him made the boy feel sick. His animal like body wasn't enjoying this in any form right now. Why would it? Slaves were just toys, and really right now that was what he felt like. Silvio settled on his butt near the leash that kept him stuck there. Just picking up a stick and drawing in the dirt. Sitting like this hurt, because he was still sore. After all he made someone mad and they showed him how wrong it was. In a way that most people wouldn't even do to the children they loved so much. He didn't look up at people as they walked past. Most would just yell at him. Or hit him. Something along those lines which he'd rather not get involved in.
One way or another he had other things in mind. Not that many of them really mattered. People didn't care. He was just a pet rotting on a leash. The leash's chain had cut into his neck from how much he struggled. So the left side of his shirt was stained in blood, and he had dried blood all over his neck. Not that Silvio cared. He was used to being bloody, or sleeping in his own blood, and whatever else was left there. Not like these people cared that much. Only one person did and he barely got to see him anymore either. Which was annoying, it seemed the family wanted to keep a slave distant from everyone. Even the other slaves who might be nice to him.
Silvio didn't understand why but of course he had to put up with it. The Urakata flinched hearing steps coming closer to him. But he just settled in his spot and kept drawing in the dirt. Bloody and tired he wanted to get out of here. To be free from this place, this chained yard that he couldn't even move out of. Even if he managed to get the chain off he'd get caught before he got anywhere. They learned new tricks each time he managed to get free if he did at all. One time he made it to the market, and it took days for them to find him. But he still got caught. He just looked up at the stranger and tried to back away.
Strangers were nice though. Most of them. If they approached him they didn't want to hurt Silvio right. They would just pet him, give him some love. If he didn't snap at them. Which thanks to the people in the house he was known to do. "bored....who are you? Don't you know we are dangerous." Silvio didn't really like to hurt people, but hey everyone thought they were dangerous. So it was only a matter of time before this person ran off too randomly. For whatever reason he did. template by kaito of aizrp |

| Something smelled weird. He couldn't put his finger on it right away, but as soon as he spotted the creature's neck he realized what it was. The strange, coppery tang of blood. A lump formed in his throat. The poor thing was hurt! That was horrible! And whoever his owner was just left him out there alone to bleed in the hot sun...? Kosuke huffed a nervous breath, his fingers twitched around the hem of his skirt absently. The programmer was so preoccupied with the wound that it took him a moment to realize that the urakata had responded to his question. Blinking a few times in rapid succession, his head jerked up, long bangs flopping around his face from the movement. "Um..." He stammered quietly, clenching his scarf between his fingers. Where was big brother when he needed the man? Straightening his posture, Kosuke tried to calm his nerves.
He could help this situation. He really could. And later, maybe, he could talk to the canine's owner and set things straight...somehow...maybe...if they wouldn't get mad...Um. Kosuke would think about that later. For now, this poor individual was hurt and he had to help somehow. Hopefully...Hopefully the urakata wouldn't mind. His family's first slave had been a dog as well, and he liked to think he was fairly experienced with them. "Um...I'm Kosuke...h-hi. It's...nice to meet you? But you're um, you're hurt..." All of this sort of left him in a rush, his chest tightening some with a little anxiety. Oh geeze, he felt so awkward.
So he decided to occupy himself by turning towards the grocery bags. Crouching down, he pulled out a water bottle from one of them then stood. Pivoting back to the wolf on the leash, he made a slow approach, unwrapping his scarf from his neck with his free hand. "Is it...Can I...Um...can I look at your neck...? If that's okay...?"

Even the best fall down sometimes

His wolf ears flicked as he waited for the male to say something. Or do something besides just looking at him. Seriously Silvio thought being watched was awkward enough. The kids always trying to poke fun at him in some form or another. It just annoyed him in general. Was he bleeding? Well yea Silvio knew that he could still smell that stinky blood. And he seriously hated it. Smelling that blood again would only make him sick, or he'd pass out. Who knew the heat was making him majorly dizzy by this point. The boy huffed then growled. Urakata were supposed to be violent, people told them they had to be. Or at least told other people they were. It annoyed him a lot more then he liked by now. Kosuke hadn't responded about who the heck he was, so this also annoyed him.
No doubt his boss, or his seller was waiting for him. Watching to see how he reacted with this person. It wasn't like Silvio did good with people approaching him. So part of him seriously wanted to bite this man. Leave a nice scar on his body if he could manage that at all right now. "What?" The um was a bit annoying, really he had noticed this man was shy when he first walked up. But that didn't mean the Urakata supported that. He had no reason to support these things to begin with. By now he had other thoughts going through his mind ones that might not be so innocent or good either.
The wolf boy just huffed, and went back to drawing in the dirt. Trying to ignore that his neck hurt, and he was slowly bleeding again. Blood didn't bother him that much other then the gross scent. "Kosuke...? Sounds weird but okay. I'm fine, it just burns a little." Silvio shook the collar a bit as it tugged at the wound. The collar was actually getting stuck in the wound the more he moved, so it just started to bleed more. "Fine look. I don't care." He just huffed, and rolled his eyes. Waiting for him to say that, or do something with the wound. Not that it would end up actually changing much. Kosuke didn't know who he was. Barely knew anything about him either.
He tilted his head to let the man look at his neck. Even if moving it hurt. template by kaito of aizrp |

| If he was honest, this was a little frightening. Here he was, with a strange urakata he didn't know, in someone else's yard...And he was walking towards him. But -- but the canine was hurt. And he just couldn't walk away from that. So hesitant steps brought him forward to the chained up critter. With a bit of awkwardness, he crouched next to the other male, draping his scarf along his upper legs to free his hands. Then with a little twist he undid the cap of the water bottle, setting the lid aside. Tipping the bottle over with one hand while he held the scarf out with the other, he wet the fabric a little before setting aside container. Reaching up, he delicately touched the wolf's neck, using the damp scarf to wipe away the blood.
The scent of it was nauseating, especially the fresh smell as new blood oozed out of the wound. His hand trembled a bit as he tried to do his best to clean the area with the make-shift tools he had on hand. He was a computer programmer, with little to no knowledge medical knowledge...But the urakata's injury looked very painful, he had a little sympathy hurt from just observing the way the the collar bit into the damaged skin. Why would the canine's master let this happen to him...? His brow furrowed with concern, and even though he was a bit unsteady from nervousness and the smell, he did his best to keep his calm. It was difficult, and his chest was tight with anxiety, but he really didn't want to hurt the male any more.
Shakily, he tried to tuck some of the clean, dry scarf around and underneath the collar to keep a barrier between the urakata's skin and the binding. Not too much though as he didn't want to be contributing to any choking. His fingers were a little twitchy. "Um...I'm so sorry...that you...that it...uh...It looks like it really hurts..."

Even the best fall down sometimes

Silvio didn't get him, why couldn't he just go away. It felt so annoying to have someone near him. Mostly when he knew exactly how he wanted to react. What his mind was telling him to do. Urakata had a lot of weird things going on, so it wouldn't be surprising if he had voices in his head right? If he did. Right now Silvio didn't think he did. It was just his own mind trolling him somehow. Trying to get him to do things that would get him away from this place but not in a good way. Either way he'd have to deal with it when that time appeared. He settled down there and just sighed a bit, wondering what to do. He couldn't shove him off when he told him to look.
At least he had allowed the boy to look at his wounded neck. So this wouldn't end up getting any better if he tried to bite him suddenly. He winced when the fabric touched his wound. And he couldn't help whimpering. Right now the boy needed to figure out what was going on, or why he even agreed to this. It wasn't that bad for him. But the wound did hurt a lot more then he actually liked to begin with. Perhaps Kosuke wasn't so bad. He might end up helping him hopefully, right? He'd be at least somewhat okay. Why would someone want to help him? Not like Silvio had any importance to anyone. With a low sigh he just looked right at Kosuke and waited. Besides causing him pain what was this man going to do.
Silvio only shrugged, and tried to relax instead. This probably wouldn't matter, right now he just wanted to get this damn collar off. But if he took it off the master would be angry. He was supposed to be punished. "I want it off....well of course it hurts. The damn thing keeps breaking my skin open." He huffed and just muttered a small thank you after he finished with the wound. Or at least kept the collar from digging into the wound anymore. "So why did you even talk to me?" He didn't know what to do. Silvio barely talked to people around him, so this was weird enough for him anyway.
He seemed so bothered but of course he didn't know why. It was just weird to him but really Silvio just wanted to get out of this place. He hated this place, and being chained up like this anyway. template by kaito of aizrp |

| His mind whirled as he tried to think of what else he could do to help the poor urakata. Maybe if he went back to the store, he could pick up a first aid kit...That'd be better than his little make-shift cleaning with his scarf, right? But that also would mean that he'd have to leave the canine alone...And that seemed like a bad idea, too. What if whoever did this came back? Then...Maybe he could take the creature with him to get him patched up? Would that be like stealing, though? Technically the wolf was someone else's property...But he was just trying to help.
Ah, this was hard. What to do? Perhaps he should have just stayed home today...It certainly would have been easier than dealing with this situation...But of course, again, that would mean that he wouldn't have been able to help this urakata at all. Shifting his weight slightly, he soon ended up leaning back with a thump and resting on his rear on the ground. By now he had completely forgotten about his groceries. He'd deal with them later. Right now, he had to do his best to handle this situation. The programmer was no doctor or psychologist but he was going to give it his all, even if he was horribly awkward at it.
"I'm sorry..." Kosuke said quietly, and he really was sincere. He would've removed the collar if he could, but the lock prevented that. Maybe he could cut through the leather...? Ah, but that ran into that awkward 'stealing' area, didn't it? He huffed a breath in frustration, rubbing at the back of his head absently since he couldn't fidget with his scarf anymore.
"Um...You looked lonely...I--I guess...Do you have a name...?"

Even the best fall down sometimes

The Urakata would be stuck here anyway, it wasn't like he could get away. Silvio's legs weren't that strong, and in general he just wasn't in a good position. One way or another he had a few bad things happening, and almost didn't know how to handle that. He thought he felt someone else watching like someone else from the house. The scarf might be soaking up any blood that leaked from the wound. But it wasn't a bandage. It wasn't bound to heal it. Most of his wounds scarred over thanks to not being taken care of properly. Only the ones on his face were taken care of properly. His seller wanted to give away an attractive slave after all, not one that would be boring for the people. Not one that people would never bother to buy. He didn't care much for that since he wanted to be free only.
He wondered what Kosuke was thinking. When he got the change Silvio rubbed against Kosuke, and kinda nuzzled the male. Being nice for reasons or just being nice? Well no one but Silvio would know that. Like he gave those things away maybe this person could be his source for an escape. Anything to get him the hell away from this place, and whatever these people wanted. He did not enjoy the idea of being sold to someone again. Even if he had difficulties with masters. He didn't like the idea of going with someone that might hurt him instead. Which happened a lot. 'I wanna go.' He wanted to be taken out of this place, right now the boy didn't even know what to do. Silvio wasn't comfortable here one way or another, perhaps he needed to do other things about it.
Yet it wasn't as if he knew what to do. Without saying the wrong thing or upsetting someone instead by accident right. Silvio was just some Urakata who had little meaning to people, and would never matter much. That was just how he kept on seeing this either way right about now. He blinked as he fell and whimpered tugging at the collar even if his nails cut into his skin again. He just wanted this damn thing to come off. However he could make it go away anyway. "Silvio..." That was all he said as he huffed and tugged at the collar some more. It really did annoy him so much. Why couldn't he just get this off. As he watched him he just kept on tugging at the leather.
Just because he wanted the darn thing to come off. And apparently that wasn't going to happen by now anyway. template by kaito of aizrp |

| When he was nuzzled, the programmer sort of froze in place. It wasn't completely startling, he was used to the shibu inu urakata his family had when he was young...But it was still a little surprising. A critter that was chained up being the kind to nuzzle someone...Well...It confused him for a moment. But after some thinking, it began to make sense. If the canine was chained up and left alone all day, he doubted he got the attention that was needed. With that in mind, he did his best to relax, and reached out timidly to run his fingers over the urakata's hair. Near the canine's ears, he rubbed gently...Really his touch was almost overly delicate, as if he were concerned about breaking the creature.
"Silvio..." Kosuke repeated the name quietly. It seemed rather fitting for the dog, and he nodded once. The whole situation was just nagging at his heartstrings. Apparently deep down he was just a big softie wrapped in a horrible awkward exterior. Pulling back from petting the other, he fidgeting with the hem of his sleeves and glanced downwards. "Um..." He seemed very intent to focus on his sleeves, lips pursed slightly. "Silvio...How about I um...I...maybe get you out of here? I--I don't know where your owner is...but you're hurt, you--you need medical attention, right? So maybe I can take you and--um--talk to your owner l-later...or...or something..." Wow, what on earth was he getting himself in to? Well, there was no way to take it back now.
Some people may have been completely fine in just walking away but Kosuke didn't have the heart for that...

Even the best fall down sometimes
You finally find you and I collide
Silvio wanted attention, if he made him happy then he'd just manage to cheer him up. So it might end up getting him out of here at the same time. He tried to demand attention, even if he didn't know what to do. Part of him felt a bit confused, and he just didn't know where to go with this. Maybe Kosuke would take him out of this place, and keep him away from that man. The one who was trying to find a higher amount of money for him. Silvio couldn't be worth that much, he was just another slave that might look cute but was violent. No wonder he had been left behind so many times. After all of that no doubt anyone wanted to actually buy him. So he had just thought he'd always be left behind for some reason or another anyway.
The boy demanded more attention, he felt his tail thumping against the ground as he got attention. Even if he was a wolf he still enjoyed getting attention. Knowing someone wanted to be around him rather then avoiding him was good enough. Silvio had thought he was going to beat him up instead, but yet he didn't. He'd rather just end up focusing on something else instead. Which wasn't so bad to him. The boy right now wanted a lot of attention, and he'd manage to get it somehow. Demanding it was easy for him anyway. The boy only gave a small nod and relaxed under the attention. Kosuke was making him happy even if Silvio barely showed how happy he was right now.
Silvio tucked at his collar, and just sighed a bit.He wanted to get this off, and he didn't know what to do. "I want this off, so get me out of here...If you want to. Master probably won't notice for awhile." The boy said as he just huffed a bit, wondering what he was going to do. And yet right now he didn't know what to do. He chewed on his sleeve, he needed to get out of here but that leather collar was keeping tied here. Basically. Which Silvio didn't know how to get it off either. As if he could manage to do that either. He couldn't cut it off with his nails they would just break.
"Whatever...let's go." That's all he said, he didn't care if his master wasn't here. Or if his master even needed to know what he was doing. Or where he was going. Maybe he'd be able to talk Kosuke into buying him so he never had to go back here. That was all he wanted. template by kaito of aizrp |

| Seeing how the canine responded to his petting, it only made Kosuke want to pet him more. So after he managed to stop fidgeting, he started scritching behind the wolf's ears again. Just gentle little pets to keep the other wagging his tail...Because really, he thought with a little blush, that was just adorable. Ever since they got his first urakata from his parents, the dog he shared with his older brother, he had a soft spot for canines. This one was no different, especially with how alone and hurt the poor creature was. So for a little while, he just sat there and pet Silvio, smiling a bit awkwardly, but in a friendly manner. All the while he was thinking of how to best handle the situation. He let his fingers card through the other male's hair gently, his lips pursed in a thoughtful line. Eventually he began humming without really realizing it. It was just something he did, usually when he was working, but he was deep in thought now so it wasn't that surprising.
Finally, he came up with a plan. Or...really, the best plan he could think of. "Silvio...I'm...um, I'm going to go get something to get you out of that...um...just, don't--don't pull on anything too much, okay?" He gave the wolf a pat on the head before moving to stand up. He gave his best reassuring look as he padded off into the distance.
A while later, he returned with a pair of heavy-duty bolt cutters. That...seemed like the best thing, right? He had no idea. It wasn't like he busted other peoples urakata out of captivity very often. "I'm back," greeted the programmer quietly, quite a bit of nervousness in his voice. This was just a complete trainwreck of a situation but he had already committed to it by buying the bolt cutters and so...well...what else could he do? "Um...Just--just hold still, okay?" He insisted, as firmly as he could manage, before he positioned the bolt cutters over the padlock. It took a lot of struggling, given the fact that Kosuke had the body of a heavy reader and wasn't exactly built for strength...but eventually the tool cut into the padlock, letting it fall away.
"We can...um...go back to my place, and--um...get you...get you cleaned up and bandaged...and...oh! I...um..." He fumbled into his pocket and pulled out a little typed note, which he scurried over to the door to slip under it. "I...wrote a note up for your master...that way--um--hopefully he won't call the police? So...um...yes..." Honestly he had no idea what he was doing, but hopefully everything would turn out all right in the end. If not...well...uh...he'd probably never leave his apartment again. Once he took care of the note, he returned to Silvio's side, eying the collar now the lock broken. "We should...um..get that off of you and get you inside, r--right?"

Even the best fall down sometimes
You finally find you and I collide
Silvio wanted to be free, and now he was getting attention. The good kind of attention, not that bad kind. It seemed pretty simple to the wolf like boy. He needed to focus on this, and just try to keep things from going a bad way anyway. The boy was just a slave, and he could still feel those annoying eyes on him. People were watching him, probably waiting for him to mess up somehow. Which couldn't be all that surprising either way right now. Silvio's tail kept wagging, he wanted more and more attention. And he couldn't say stop because he didn't want him to. He loved being the one paid attention to, and not being beaten. It really did feel good. He blinked and tilted his head at the sound of him humming. What was Kosuke humming for? There had to be a reason for it even if he didn't know what it was. Either way things had to be talked about.
Was he going to get Silvio out of here? Or was he going to take even longer at this point. He just had no idea. The longer they took, the more risk there was about his master or seller suddenly appeared. Silvio did not want to deal with people getting angry at him, or trying to push things where they didn't need to. Sounded pretty simple but he never actually said it. So at that same moment he wondered just what was he actually getting into. Silvio knew Kosuke said something about getting him out so hopefully they did. He'd rather just get the heck out of this place right now before anyone noticed anything going on.
"Do what?" He asked as he tilted his head and just looked at his new friend. Or the one who would give him freedom anyway. What was this man thinking. He had to have some idea in mind about what to do on this one. Not that it probably helped him either way. Perhaps in this moment he might get caught or something. "Okay fine....just hurry back." That was all he said as he tried to relax again, sitting there waiting for him. Not that it would help him either. Yet he needed to figure things out here at the same time. Silvio held onto his tail, and just tried to keep it from hitting the ground again. Waiting for that man to come back here to give him some more attention.
The boy waited and just waved when that man came back. With bolt cutters? What for, he didn't get the use of those. It wasn't like Silvio had actually used any of those anyway. It wasn't his style to do that. He only gave a small nod and settled down again, waiting for him to cut that off. If it would help. Silvio didn't know what would happen. He just had a feeling this might end up getting him hurt. He'd rather avoid those details anyway. Closing his eyes he waited for the bolt cutter to remove that padlock and the chain. Anything to let him get free from this leash thing.
"Let's just go. Get this thing off of me and let's go! Why would you...?" He just shook his head and tried to tug on Kosuke. He wanted to get the heck out of this place. Before attention was brought back to him all over again. Either way he had other thoughts in mind that didn't include getting caught. He only gave a small nod as he waited for him to remove the collar so they could flee. template by kaito of aizrp |

| "S-sorry!" Kosuke stammered as Silvio got so insistent about leaving. He didn't mean to take so long, he was just trying to take some sort of precaution...Even if it was super childish. Returning to the wolf's side, he worked on undoing the now-unlocked buckle on the collar, delicately removing the restraint from around the creature's neck. He winced as he did so, for removing the collar further exposed the wound on the canine's neck. It looked so painful...They would have to disinfect it and bandage it as quickly as possible once they got home. Once it was finally all the way off, he let the collar fall to the ground, and then wrapped the scarf around Silvio's neck loosely, if only to catch the fresh blood that would likely come.
"Okay, um...we can go now..." He said, his voice wavering with a little uncertainty. After he trudged over to retrieve his groceries -- inwardly thankful he hadn't needed anything that required refridgeration -- he turned back towards the canine and held out his hand with a tilt of his head. This whole situation had him on edge, and he was naturally nervous around others to begin with. But it was offset slightly by the fact that he felt he was doing a good thing in helping this urakata...They just had to manage to get home to his apartment before anything else happened.
What would big brother thing? Ah. He tried not to focus on any of that now, they needed to get home first and get Silvio bandaged up before he worried about anything else.

Even the best fall down sometimes
You finally find you and I collide
Why did he stammer? That really confused the boy but he'd learn to let it go. One way or another things had to be handled in a different way anyway. It might not matter but he knew they needed to run. Silvio would rather not be caught again before he even got out. The wolf didn't like this place, and he'd feel a lot better getting out of this place. If it meant anything at all. Which right now it really didn't. Silvio had enough going through his mind. Half of them were not good things either way. So it confused him just a bit. The boy only looked at the groceries but didn't help him pick them up. Why would he do that? It wasn't likely to help him even if he did that. Right? Or so he thought. Sighing lightly he just gathered something small and held it against his chest. Wanting to keep it in his hands so he didn't feel awkward. It could look as if he was helping even if he got in trouble for it.
After all the blood on his body said he probably did. At least to people who didn't know what they were doing together right now. The collar had been removed, and it revealed just how bad his wound really was. That made him a bit worried. It wasn't like he had done much to get into trouble anyway. Not on purpose. But at that moment he didn't know what to say. Silvio only looked down at the ground and chewed his body lip. Feeling the dog like teeth cutting into his lip but it didn't make it bleed. The scarf scared him, but Silvio only let it rest around his neck instead right now. Wondering what it might do to him. The blood was soaking up in the scarf, which would probably be thrown away after he was done with it.
Or at least he thought so anyway. He only gave a small nod and held onto the small thing he held, making sure he didn't lose it. "Where are we going? Where's your home?" Silvio didn't know where it was after all, but he needed to ask anyway. The whole time he kept close to Kosuke not wanting to get separated. Even if his body hurt a little bit more then he actually liked right now. template by kaito of aizrp |

| "It's not...that far, um, I promise. We'll be there in a jiffy," Jiffy? Really? Well, he never claimed to be the most eloquent person in actual speech. As they walked, he glanced to his companion and did his best to put on his best reassuring smile, even if it was somewhat subdued due to his usual nervousness. It was somewhat awkward carrying two grocery bags on one side so he could have his other hand free for Silvio, but it was worth it. Parents held hands with their kids when they were upset, right? Why would it be different with urakata? It was perhaps a strange analogy but...Well, whatever made him a little more at ease with the situation was good with him.
He wasn't lying when he said it wasn't that far, a short walk later and they were climbing the stairs into a rather posh apartment complex. Kosuke held the doors open for his companion, keeping them from shutting by using the front of his foot as a doorstopper. Once they were in the building proper, he inwardly gave thanks for the fact that he was on one of the lower floors. The quicker they got somewhere private the better, he just wanted to get Silvio cleaned and patched up. Up a few floors and down a hallway they went, before they finally came to his apartment door. He set down the grocery bags to fish his keys out of his pockets. Then he unlocked the door and nudged it open, gesturing what he hoped was a new friend inside.
"Go ahead. Um...We can get you all cleaned up, okay? The bathroom is the second door on the left if you...If you want to go straight away. I'll be right after you."
